Feta in olive oil - recipe from Cyprus

INGREDIENTS:

350 ml organic extra virgin olive oil Oliva1

300g feta

4 pieces of sun-dried tomatoes

1 tbsp chili & dr. Mediterranean herbs or seasoning mix for "Penne al Arrabiata"

2 sprigs of thyme

1 sprig of rosemary

6 pcs garlic cloves

PREPARATION:

Dice feta, cut dried tomatoes into small cubes, chop thyme, cut rosemary into small sprigs, peel garlic (leave whole). Pour all the ingredients into a mason jar so that they olive oil are covered and add the seasoning mixture for penne al arrabiata. Leave for at least 2 weeks. Tastes great on the grill, with baguette, on pizza or over pasta.
