Kalamos Maratheftiko Gerani 2012 (Red)

The Kalamos Maratheftiko Gerani has a red color like a burgundy and a taste reminiscent of a pinot noir . It is stored in oak barrels for about 8 months and then matures in the bottle for another year. It has an additional flavor of black pepper and blackcurrant.

The Kalamos Maratheftiko Gerani is an ideal companion in the dark season. It can be enjoyed as a fireplace wine, but is also excellent with dark meat such as beef, lamb, wild boar, deer or elk, with raclette or cheese fondue.
