Kalamos Zivania (Brown - Sweet)

The brown Zivania is made from traditional grapes, the Xynisteri and Alexandria Muscat (Málaga) and is stored in oak barrels for 1.5 years after the fire. It has a light aroma of raisins, caramel and vanilla and, like the white Zivania , is a soft schnapps, but has been sweetened. It goes perfectly with mezze, but is also good as a digestif after a perfect meal.

Should be drunk cold.
