Soli London DryGin is distilled using 11 herbs such as juniper, coriander, grapefruit and lime peel and bitter orange, but also chamomile, jasmine and orris root and pepper.

The distillate is collected and then adjusted to 42% with drinking water from the Paphos Mountains.

Soli London Dry Gin at 42% is delicate and smooth, with a strong citrus aroma and fresh floral notes, with a hint of pepper at the end.
