Soli Pink Gin is made in the same way as the London Dry Gin, which is distilled from 11 herbs including juniper and coriander, grapefruit and lime peel and bitter orange, but also chamomile, jasmine and orris root and pepper . The London Dry Gin is then blended with cherries and adjusted to 38% with drinking water from the mountains of Cyprus.

Soli Pink Cherry Gin at 38% is a well-rounded gin with a pleasantly sparkling note and a lovely fruity appeal . No sugar is added to the Soli Pink Gin.
